One thing that is very common in Africa is corruption. This evil has eaten deep in to African bloods so much that sometimes sending a 5years old kid he wants you to bribe before he can go. It is thanks to corruption that incompetent people occupy strategic posts especially in civil service while the people who are competent are pushed aside simply because they don’t have connections or money.
