Fecafoot also justified its decision to terminate the contract with the French brand which has been dressing the Indomitable Lions for two years already. The body headed by Samuel Eto’o says it has broken the contract due to the non-payment of its economic rights by the Coq Sportif within the time limit, in accordance with the contractual clauses.
“It is therefore more than surprising that the former equipment manufacturer takes advantage of the circumvention of these rules to justify non-compliance with its essential obligation, namely to pay the sums due on their due dates”, he indicated. .
