What actually happened
The Africa Cup of Nations winning goalkeeper was fired in December 2020 by the Belgian top-flight side for violating “all corona measures” in Belgium amid allegations he organised a party during the lockdown.
A statement posted on the club’s official Facebook account, F.C Oostende wrote they have terminated with immediate effect, the contract with the Cameroonian indomitable Lions goalkeeper for organizing and attending a lockdown party.
