A Christian girl whose name we got as DEBORAH EMMANUEL was killed in sokoto ( northern Nigeria) after she sent a voice note to her class group chat where she was speaking against her fellow students sending religious broadcast messages to the group. And in the voice note, she said something like “nonsense prophet.”
This is the voice note that got her killed. She goes like “This group chat was not created for you to be sending nonsense. It is for past questions, updates about tests or other school matters. Not for nonsense or some rubbish prophet.”Loose translation)
The less than 30 seconds voicenote is why she lost her life. Her fellow students tracked her down, beat her to death and burnt her to ashes.
The worst part of this story is that her murderers showed no remorse as videos of them beating their chest for mudering the poor young lady are currently circulating on Twitter.
