It isn’t the name of the fabric itself, but rather, the process of creating fabric by interlocking loops of yarn, thread or strands of other materials using a hook. Mina Crochets is a sensational Cameroonian clothing brand that deals with outfits, made from yarn. They produce a variety of things of all age groups. From baby blankets to newborn gowns, adult sweaters, swimwear, corporate lady dresses, and, much more.
With the aim of erasing “The old school” ideology about crocheting; the brand recently launched a mind-blowing collection named (BREATH), which has captivated the attention of so many. Mina says, (the name of the collection was inspired by the poet ‘Birago Diop’ who in one of his works states that the dead are present in everything we do); in a way to commemorate her dad who passed on some years ago.
