MI Abaga attacks Akon for calling Wizkid ”Lil Bro”
Senegalese superstar and CEO of Konvict music is currently in Ghana for his African tour. yesterday he attended the AFRONATION music concert and later posted a photo on stage with Wizkid which he captioned “Me and my lil bro @wizkidayo at AFRONATION Ghana!”

MI Abaga didn’t see the caption funny as according to him, Akon and other diaspora artists contributed absolutely nothing to the growth of Wizkid. replying to the tweet, MI wrote ” OG abeg chill with that lil bro yan ”

MI later went further to explain his tweet thus “I have an opinion: few African artists in diaspora actually did anything to REALLY help the movement.. as a fan of Wizkid (which I am) I don’t see Wiz as lil bro to Akon.. he has overcome larger obstacles to accomplish way more (in my eyes).. In my opinion Wiz is lil bro to none”

It should be noted that Akon recently revealed having signed Wizkid and P-square some years back. After so many attacks From tweeter users, MI later stated that, According to him, Akon should have captioned the post as ‘with my bro and icon’
