The letter which is dated 14th march 2022 through the minister of sports and physical education reads

I am pleased to extend my heartfelt congratulations to you, all your team-mates, coaches and trainers on the victory of PWD Bamenda at the final of the 59th edition of the Cup of Cameroon.
The excellent sports performance of the “Abakwa Boys”, which comes as a result of your commitment and talent, has earned PWD Bamenda its first-ever Cup of Cameroon.
On this joyous occasion, it is my wish that, ahead of the continental competitions, your team would redouble efforts to properly gear up for them.
